What can I do about it? Any legal options left here?

I was offered a pre-match and I promptly accepted it. I have the contract signed by both the parties. I withdrew from the match (before 22nd Feb). Yesterday, the PD tells me that, the program is going to close down and start looking for a position elsewhere or try scramble!!! I lost chance of matching into the other hospitals, where I was interviewed.
What are my options here? I called AMA. It is not their headache. I called NRMP. It is not their headache, too; as it was signed outside of match process.
I don't know, what should i do?!
Any advice, help or suggestions will be appreciated.
