i passed 2CS. cases-dizziness,pneunmonia ,tb ,abd pain c diarrhea, young female c pain abd(endometriosis,cyst rupture),tia,
peripheral artery disease(bil leg pain d/d arthritis ,venous disease),pt c frequent falls no dementia no stiffness so peripheral
neuropathyof dm,psych case-post traumatic or depression,htn drug refill.i used kaplan notes,osche,barbara bates.i made a lot of
mistakes and was sure i would fail(my mistakes-one case -no councelling,two cases-improper diagnosis,one case -could not
complete case no time, one pt called pt with wrong name once pt corrected me.i was sure i would fail; and lost hope but by gods
grace i passed the stupid test so never loose hope and practice a lot .the test is easy but pt keeps staring at you but dont loose your advice practice with any one mirror ,person .go to a doctors clinic once to get a general idea about the clinical setting
here.though it is not tough we have to pass it to be certified so go prepared and good luck to all.
