For lung exam
Do the exam while SP siting at the back, than ask SP to lie down
Untie the gown and bring it little down and do lung examination and the heart exam and if you have to do the abdominal then pull the gown little up and draps down and do the abd exam, Than ask SP to sit and tie the gown
in that way you will move SP little and save time, and also cause little inconvenience, please remmeber only open minimum area while you are examing SP and do not expose larger area at any given time, as soos aswe are done tie the gown imidiatly
so sitting lung exam from back,untie gown ask SP to lie down do lung exam from front, heart exam, than abd exam, help Sp to sit up again and tie the gown.
