again the same rule of thumb, dont jump into the diagnosis,first tell her that because of the fact that she has STD at this time this might be a possibility that her fetus is infected, so i will order some test including ultrasound, to make sure how bad is your fetus is infected and if it is not vice to keep the pregnancy thier may be a possibilty to end her pregnancy it is safe for you and your fetus because he might not survice after birth anyways, show empathy that this might be a tough decision for her to make but it is in better inetrest for her and her fetus.hope this will be a little help
