Rule No 1- In any CS case you are not suppose to tell the definate line of treatment(its for Step 3 CCS).In the case that you are talking about tell the patient that at this point you dont exactly know whats wrong,only after battries of tests & investigations you are able to come to a conclusion. Even after that if the patient talks about surgery then tell him/her that "it might be a possiblity".
