Mr xyz tell me about your mood how its been, than pt will start telling you about his or her mood, from thier i guess we will grasp that he is in depression or nor persueing asking more questionair related to depression, sleep, appetite,hoplessness,interest in sociel life, any thought about ending his or her life any plan, any weapon in the houseetc,etc
question about his living conditions would be likemr xyz, where do you live with whom, who is in your household.Do you socialize and with whom ao what you like to do to relax,if pt tell you oh i live by myself then we can ask more question about any family interactionhow are the living conditions who take care of him if he get sick etc etc
