dear all , i'm in a very terrible situation , i was scheduled for cs on july and i didn't request a visa letter because i recently got an immigration visa but unfortuantely when i tried to travel to usa , i discovered that there is recent changes in the laws in my country that made me obliged to join the army for at least a year and i can''t travel anywhere outside the country untill i finish this and this will cause me to lose my visa as it expires in september and ofcourse i can't take the CS because i can't travel for at least a year and my CS eligibilty ends in april , so i wonder if i can extend my eligibility after April for another year or even 6 months ??? also if i did can i then ask for a visa letter ???please i need honest advice , as this will made me loose the twelve hundred d o l l a r s i paid for this step not to mention the other eight hundred i paid for the visa.
