1. shud v do knee jerk in case of knee injury patient or v have to mention that knee jerk has not been performed due to pain
2. in case of insomnia if patient says that she has exam in 2 weeks and i cant do behavioral modifiacation wat u have told me just give me the sleep medication. in this situation wat shud v say to her.
3. if pt is in severe pain and rolling on his bed then shud v summarize in thius situation.
