Practice with standard protocols and u will not waste time thinking wut to do on the exam.
Have D/Ds memorized for all cases in FA/ UW with mnemonics, which in turn will make history faster.
In CNS, MMSE first in non-focal neurological deficits , while CNS exam first in focal-deficit cases like palsy, seizures, etc..
