Kaplan 5-day vs. 1-day course at Palo Alto

Does anybody know if the 1 day course is a good alternative - it's about 1/3 of the price. I would really appreciate any replies with any information on the 1-day course. Has anyone heard anything about it? I am planning to take a live course because I'm a bit rusty and really need help deciding how to prepare for this aside from reading FA and UW alone. Thank you!
