I kept it simple...

Depression, Dizziness, Confusion, Memory Loss and Insonmia - do the MMSE first and CNS in the remaining time

Seizure, FRequent Falls : CNS first (cranial nerves, motor exam, sensory, gait, rombergs,etc,) and then MMSE if time permits...
