There are a few cases in which u have to the cns examination. Could u please tell me what examinations should be priority in different cases and which tests can be skipped in neurological examination.
1. Dizziness
2. Frequent Falls
3. Confusion
4. Memory loss
5. Insomnia
6. Depression
7. Seizure.
I'm asking u this question because usmleworld emphasizes on different examinations in each case and after practicing a no. of times I'm still unable to take the whole history and do a complete neurological exam and few other examinations.
