well,i took my exam in chicago.there were lots of imgs there in the center.and the atmosphere was good too.the cases were really very ordinary all from usmle world.not a single unusual one.time management wasnt difficult either.sps were nice too and they asked all the questions given in UW and FA.were not rude or non responsive.there were few positive findings on physical exam(which they pretended).i did forget to do ophthalmoscopy and mmse on DM pt with confusion which im really regretting now.anyways the exam was easy just need to practise the UW cases really well.and do remember to counsel for smoking,alcohol,and special tests required related to the case.
