looking for room near Griffin on Feb?

Hi there,
I am a resident at Griffin Hospital. I have a 2 bed/one bath apartment that will be mostly vacant for Feb. The apartment is just one block away from Griffin so even in cold winter it's very easy to walk to hospital - about 5 min walk! -

I may just come to apartment to take some of my stuff as I am moving out so the apartment will be mostly yours 24/7.
I am asking for 600 if you don't want cable and internet and 700 if you want cable and wireless internet.
Compared to other places near Griffin this is a very reasonable price for 2B/1b apartment.
